FORT ST JOHN TRAPPERS ASSOCIATION WELCOMES YOU
Welcome to the Fort st John Trappers Association. We are a small non-profit organization here to help promote trapping by informing and working with locals. Twice a year we hold meetings where anyone can bring forth any ideas, thoughts or concerns. Every summer we also host a camp out for trappers and their families/friends filled with fun activities for everyone. The association is a good source of knowledge and information for anything trapping related. Thank-you for visiting our site.

Summer Camp Out
June 12,13,14. 2026
The Fort St John Trappers Association is having their annual camp out at Peace Island Park, at the main Pavilion, watch for signs. There is space reserved for up to 16 camper/tent units. Meals provided will be brunch and supper on Saturday, along with a light breakfast Sunday morning. $10 per meal (12 and under eat free), or $25/person for the weekend. Plenty of fun for the whole family! Events include: beaver skinning, snowshoe race, trap setting, tea boil(provided there are no fire bans), and more! Raffles will be cash only, as a way to support our local trapping association. Stop in for part of the day, or stay the whole weekend! PLEASE RSVP by June 5th so we can plan camping spots and meals accordingly. Send an email to < northerntrappers@gmail.com >.
Fall Meeting

Hello Trappers, We are having a FSJ Trappers Association meeting at the Taylor Community Church.(10556-100 St ) Starts 9:00until 12:00ish. We are going to have a potluck lunch after the meeting, coffee and donuts will be provided. We are having the raffle table again if you could please bring a small donation for that. Fur Harvest Reports

Don't forget to fill out your fur harvest report every year, even if you didn't harvest anything. You can fill it out online with your BCeID, by mail, or in person at Front Counter BC. Due by July 31, 2026.
